Bihar Working Journalists Union (BWJU) strongly condemn lodging of FIR against a senior journalist Ajit Anjum, also a ” You Tuber ” at Balia police station in Begusarai district of Bihar on baseless charges of obstructing a Booth Level Officer(BLO) from discharging his duties. Mr Anjum during his visit to a booth on July 12 had found a number of irregularities being committed by BLO.

He had just asked BLO why he was uploading partially filled forms and collected unsigned or forms with forged signature, which reflected gross irregularities in revision of electoral rolls, defeating its very purpose.
