लखनऊ स्थित एक्टिविस्ट डॉ नूतन ठाकुर ने कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा सुशांत सिंह केस सीबीआई को देने के आदेश के बाद बिहार के डीजीपी गुप्तेश्वर पाण्डेय द्वारा अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती के संबंध में की गयी व्यक्तिगत टिप्पणी की राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग में शिकायत की है.
नूतन ने शिकायत में कहा कि श्री पाण्डेय ने सुश्री रिया के लिए कहा कि उनकी बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री पर कमेन्ट करने की औकात नहीं है. उनके द्वारा एक महिला पर की गयी यह टिप्पणी स्पष्टतया अनुचित एवं आपत्तिजनक है. यह भी स्पष्ट है कि यह टिप्पणी उनके आधिकारिक दायित्व में नहीं आता है और एक शासकीय पद पर बैठा आदमी सरकारी वर्दी में इस प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत टिप्पणियां नहीं कर सकता है.
नूतन ने इसे अनुचित, आपत्तिजनक तथा अपमानजनक बताते हुए कार्यवाही की मांग की है.
उन्होंने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को भी शिकायत भेज कर श्री पाण्डेय द्वारा सुश्री रिया के अलावा पहले भी एक पत्रकार को अवैध खनन के संबंध में फोन करने पर भद्दी गालियाँ देने तथा अनावश्यक बातें कहने के संबंध में शिकायत की है. उन्होंने कहा कि डीजीपी का यह दायित्व है कि वे प्रदेश में हो रहे अवैध खनन को रोकें. इसके विपरीत श्री पाण्डेय ने इस संबंध में शिकायत करने वाले सहित नेता, विधायक, एसपी, पत्रकार, थानेदार आदि द्वारा अवैध खनन करने की बता कही और कहा कि यह उनकी नहीं खनन सचिव की जिम्मेदारी है.
नूतन ने कहा कि इस प्रकार एक तो श्री पाण्डेय ने अपने कर्तव्य का पालन नहीं किया, ऊपर से अनुचित शब्दों एवं भाषा का प्रयोग किया. अतः उन्होंने इस संबंध में भी कार्यवाही की मांग की है.
NCW approached in Gupteshwar Pandey comment on Rhea Chakravorty
Lucknow based activist Dr Nutan Thakur has presented a complaint before National Women Commission regarding the comments made by Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey against actress Rhea Chakravorty yesterday after the Supreme Court verdict in Sushant Singh case.
Nutan said in her complaint that Sri Pandey said for Ms Rhea that she does not have the “Aukat” to comment on Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. His comments against a woman are absolutely improper and indecent. It is also clear that this does not come in his charter of official duties and a person on public post cannot make such comments in official capacity about personal comments.
Nutan also sent a complaint to Home Minister Amit Shah where other than Ms Rhea case, she presented his conversation with a journalist who had complained about illegal mining. She said Sri Pandey did not take any action in this case and openly abused the journalist, using extremely objectionable words. He also made loose comments against politicians, journalists and policemen about being involved in illegal mining, saying that it is not his duty to act against them.
Nutan said thus Sri Pandey did not undertake his official duty and also used improper language, which is gross administrative misconduct.
Hence she has sought appropriate action against Sri Pandey.
