: Meeting held at Amrapali Leisure Park site with buyers and Amrapali management : Noida : Many leisure park flat buyers organised a meeting with Marketing Director Mohit Gupta to discuss various issues and construction updates. Mohit Gupta assured all flat buyers that they will start offering possession of this site from 1st July 2015 onwards. NEFOMA vice president Vineet Verma told that this is the oldest project in Greater Noida (West) and all flat buyers want to get the possession as soon as possible. All are middle class buyers and paying increased EMIs along with rent.

Amrapali management ensured buyers that a temple will also be built inside the project. The main topic of discussion was the outer design of all towers which is not as per the agreement and the Leisure Park’s broacher. Buyers objected and informed Amrapali management to change the design because at present most of the balconies in this design are covered from 2 sides and due to that residents will not get enough natural light and view while they have paid a good amount in the form of PLC for 3 side open view from balcony. Buyers have sent an e-mail to Amrapali management to change the design without any further delay. Manoj Ahuja, Gaurav Anand, Sandeep Dubey, Hira Lal,Vijayendra, D. Prasad, Sumer Chand Verma, Anshul Verma, Inderdeo Bhatt, Manoj Tomar, Anshul Sharma, Neeraj Patil, Ashish Saxena, Prashant Dey were present in the meeting.

    In current, there in no construction improvement in Leisure park project.
    As per agreement, projects needs to be completed in dec 2013.
    Now, 2015 over, what about penalty on late deliery

    Dear Friends,
    I m also a flat buyer in Amrapali Leisure Park
    3BHK Flat. I m also suffering like anything due to the delayed possession. My suggesstion is, Can we request the Court to BAN THIS BUILDER FOR LAUCHING NEW PROJECTS, TILL THEY COMPLETE THE OLDER ONES WHOSE POSSESSION DATE ARE ALREADY OVER? First this will help the existing buyers to get their home early, second this will resist the new buyers to be trapped from this fraud builder.
