This is to inform you that I visited Airtel Store at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad today, that is, 7th April 2016 at around 7:15 PM. Following are some issues regarding the visit:
I visited your store to convert Post paid connection to prepaid. I visited same store on 30th March for same purpose. I was given a form and was told to come on 5-6 April so that bill would be generated and process will be easy to pay outstanding amount. Agreeing to same I returned and visited store today.
The visit to the store today is pathetic and embarrassing. After paying for about seven years to Airtel I heard abusive language from the representative (in hindi – “faltoo”)
However apart from these abusing words the technical issues are as follows:
1. The representative didn’t tell the process and insisted that first clear the payments and then I will tell you the process.
2. There was neither any supervisor/manager on the floor to talk nor any complaint or feedback form in the store.
3. The staff members present in the store denied to give contact details of grievance cell.
4. Last but not the least – Is it mandatory to purchase prepaid sim for same number costing INR 270/- for conversion from post paid to prepaid?
