जी न्यूज कर्मी कोरोना पाजिटिव निकला, सीईओ अब भी आफिस आने के लिए धमका रहे, देखें मेल

ज़ी मीडिया के सीईओ पुरुषोत्तम वैष्णव ने चैनल में काम कर रहे पत्रकारों और मीडियाकर्मियों को सूचित किया कि ज़ी न्यूज में काम कर रहे एक व्यक्ति को कोरोना हो गया है। सीईओ वैष्णव ने अपने मेल के जरिये एक तरह से ये साबित करने की कोशिश की है कि लापरवाही की वजह से व्यक्ति कोरोना पॉजिटिव हो सकता है।

पत्र में वैष्णव ये बता रहे हैं कि ज़ी न्यूज में कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाये गए व्यक्ति की खबर के बाद चैनल में अफरातफरी का माहौल न बनायें। जो लोग कोरोना काल में भय से दफ्तर आने में आनाकानी करते हैं, वे ऐसा न करें।

सीईओ की चिट्ठी में एक तरह से धमकाया गया है कि कोरोना के नाम पर अगर काम करने में किसी तरह की कोताही की गई तो ऐसे लोगों के साथ वही बर्ताव होगा जैसा दूसरी कंपनियां आर्थिक हालात के नाम पर सख्त फैसला ले रही हैं।

एक तरह से देखा जाए तो चिट्ठी में ज़ी मैनेजमेंट नौकरी से निकालने की धमकी दे रहा है।

पर सबसे बड़ा सवाल है कि नोएडा प्रशासन ज़ी न्यूज के कर्मचारी के कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाये जाने के बाद भी उसने ज़ी के दफ्तर को अब तक सील क्यों नहीं किया है?

क्या ज़ी न्यूज़ में बड़ी संख्या में कोरोना फैलाने के बाद जिम्मेदार लोगों की नींद टूटेगी !

Hope that all of you are keeping well and are safe.

As you all know that one of our colleague in Zee News has been tested Covid-19 +ve.

I know that this will create panic however, we all need to know that we are living in a time of Covid-19 and the best that we all should do is to be responsible, careful and cautious.

The support functions, HR, Admin is trying hard to help each and every individual to cope through this Mahamaari. This is a real life situation that all of us will have to go through.

It is the responsibility of each and every individual to take necessary precautions and follow social distancing, keep a check on your temperature and take care of yourselves.

What I fail to understand is that, despite informing all to maintain social distancing we all are ignorantly going in groups for lunch, gathering in lobby freely chatting, standing in groups for smoking etc.

I urge that each one of us thinks of each other before taking a step. The Corona Virus is there and we all are in it together. We have taken necessary steps to help each and every individual but despite all of this I see people pointing out faults in the Administration and HR depts.

As you all know that the world in itself is going through a phase where industries are getting shattered, companies are getting closed, people are loosing jobs.

On the other hand we are still working. It gives me a lot of pride to tell you that I’m part of a noble profession and working hard to live and survive amidst his pandemic.

This time is really crucial for all of us, to secure each others interest and help each other by following steps individually, responsibly as without the support of all things will become difficult.

Please maintain and follow social distancing and ensure we all act responsibly, respect and help each other.
