Hello, I was about to fly to Malaysia and i got thrilled at the economic prices offered by Air Asia…but alas! for those cheap tickets i paid a really heavy heavy price. at the last minute i was unable to travel due to some health issues and so had to cancel my travel plan. I called up air asia office for checking on the cancellation/refund process and I had no clue on what kind of pathetic slow coach service i would be getting.
The first call fine – explained the situation. The second call – reexplained the sitatuation. The third call – they havent got my registered complaint and had to re -explain the situation. and the saga continued…till i had to escalte to nodal officer.
The response – had to reexplain the situation , and i was promised to get a revert in 2 days… And the actual response i got – no revert and now not picking my calls!
I have never ever recieved such a slow pathetic and unhelpful customer support team.
The Air Asia provides a pathetic and horrible service. I have been following up with Air Asia for a ticket refund for over a year and i am left with a bagfull of unkept promises from the customer support team and head.
‘We will shortly revert’ ‘we will get back to you’ ‘we apologise for the confusion’ etc etc is the response every single time i talk to the customer care.
They have the standard protocol robotic nonsense answers and doesnt get the problem resolved. I finally spoke to the Nodal officer incharge thinking there will be some problem resolution. But again another mistake…Air Asia is same – pathetic response….
With the booking number ICI86N , i had booked a flight with Air Asia and that was the biggest mistake i made in my choice for travel.
