पीएम-सीएम से आईपीएस अमिताभ की मांग, हाशिमपुरा कांड के पीड़ितों को मिले न्याय

लखनऊ : आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर ने प्रधान मंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव से हाशिमपुरा के पीड़ितों को न्याय देने के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाने का निवेदन किया है.

 

अपने पत्र में श्री ठाकुर ने कहा है कि यह निर्विवादित तथ्य है कि हाशिमपुरा कांड में 19 लाशें मिलीं और 18 लोगों को मार कर बहाने की बात स्वीकार की गयी लेकिन इतने विशाल और सुगठित क्रिमिनल जस्टिस सिस्टम के रहते हम 28 साल बाद भी यह नहीं जान पाए कि मानवता के खिलाफ यह जघन्य अपराध किसने किये.

अतः उन्होंने हाशिमपुरा के मृत, घायल तथा अन्य समस्त प्रभावित लोगों को पूर्ण न्याय दिलाने, मूल अपराध और घटना के बाद अपने कर्तव्य या विलोप के सभी दोषियों को दण्डित करने हेतु प्रत्येक संभव कार्य करने का अनुरोध किया है.

IPS seeks justice in Hashimpura case

IPS officer Amitabh Thakur has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav requesting to undertake all possible steps to provide justice to the victims of Hashimpura. 

In his letter Sri Thakur has said that it is an undisputed fact that 19 dead bodies were actually found in this case and 18 are said to have gone missing, and yet even after 28 years, our vast and huge criminal justice system has not been able to find out who committed this most grotesque crime against humanity.

Hence he requested them to undertake all possible legal and administrative measures to provide complete justice to the dead and injured in Hashimpura case by punishing the guilty in the original crime and all others responsible of subsequent administrative or legal omission and commission.
