Hemant Tiwari’s circular makes irresponsible and unwarranted reading. Enclosed the show-cause notice, issued to Tiwari. What is more irresponsible is your allowing Tiwari to use your (fake/duplicate) Email id for issuing the invitation for the so-called national council meeting.
Before I consult collegues under Rule 22 (d) of the IFWJ Constitution and before taking any action, I want to know if you had asked Tiwari to call such a meeting for which the President’s written approval is mandatory (Rule 24 (a)).

I have seen your circular with your stupid allegations against the IFWJ leadership, against the Mathura session of the IFWJ working committee and about your holding an unconstitutional meeting of the National Council at Agra/Varanasi. The circular itself is a serious act of indiscipline. You may see in the IFWJ headquarter secretary’s circular a detailed nationwide reaction on your circular. This stresses the urgency of action against you.
Before taking any action against you, here is a notice to you to show cause as to why you should not be suspended from the primary membership of the IFWJ. If your apology comes or your clarification is satisfactory, this notice may be withdrawn. Otherwise you face termination of your membership.
