Respected sir,
Herewith I request for arrest of Dr. B. N. Goswami and Chabi Bardhan for atrocity, conspiracy, harassment, robbery of my salary, Misuse of government property and Power. Kindly note that, I file the Atrocity case agaist Dr. B. N. Goswami (retired director of IITM, Pune) on 26/09/2013 at Chaturshrungi Police Thane (Mr. R. G. Devrukhkar, Police Hawaldar 4776 received it). On 22/10/2013 Sahayak V Police Nirikshak Shir V. R. Gaud took Jabab.
But Dr. B. N. Goswami and Chabi Bardhan pressurize IITM employees threating them that they will not give promotions; terminate them with false allegations similar to me. Hence submitted forceful sign collected paper to misguide police.
Dr. B. N. Goswami and Ms. Chabi Bardhan started blackmailing and threatening people saying that Dr. Shailesh Nayak is in Director’s pocket and even PMO office will not touch Dr. B. N. Goswami. Ms. Chabi Bardhan also tell people that each Governing council member including chairman and MoES Secretary get their Share (Money) so no one can do anything against them. And Dr. B. N. Goswami says that he has ample of Government money and Gold that they can even Purchase Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with Government money.
Herewith I request for the inquiry regarding following persons and reasons for collective crime
1. Dr. P. Suryachandra Rao, 2. Dr. P Mukhopadhyay, 3. Shri A. B. Sikdar, 4. Mr. Kausar Ali, 5. Dr. Suresh Tiwari (IITM, New Delhi) for making false reports against me for conspiracy and removing me from Job and for creating forgery documents against me, with the hands of Ms. Chabi Bardhan and Dr. B. N. Goswami.
Kindly note that account officer had Hand over my salary to Dr. B. N. Goswami and Ms. Chabi Bardan illegally and creating forgery documents for Income Tax Return statement for the year 2012-2013 with hands of Ms. Chabi bardhan and Dr. B. N. Goswami.
I also requesting to investigate Dr. D. K. Siingh as Ms. Chabi Bardhan send Dr. D. K. Siingh and Mr. Alok Sagar Gautam (student of Dr. D. K. Siingh) several times to force me to meet her at her home (alone as well as with wife and kids) and give Khoka or Pety (money) to cancel my transfer. They want to corrupt me. I refuse to do so because for official work I dislike to go anyone’s home also I don’t have money to give her and Dr. B. N. Goswami for transfer cancellation. Hence have been remove from to teach the lesson to employees what Dr. B. N. Goswami and Ms. Chabi Bardhan threatened me and done the same.
I also request to Initiate the inquiry against Dr. B. N. Goswami and Ms. Chabi Bardhan for encouraging to create forgery documents to above officials and robbery of my salary and Ms. Chabi Bardhan regarding the same as per the law of land.
I strongly request to reopen my case and take the statements of IITM employees again and re investigate the case.
I also request for the arrest of Dr. B. N. Goswami who stay at Panchwati, near IITM, Pashan (retired director of IITM, Pune) and Chabi Bardhan for atrocity, conspiracy, harassment, robbery of my salary, Misuse of government property and Power.
Hope I will get justice by making punishment and restore of my job.
