सद्गुरु वीडियो मामले में श्याम मीरा सिंह को एंटीसिपेटरी बेल मिली

सद्गुरु वीडियो मामले में जयपुर में मुझे परेशान करने के लिए एक बेसलेस FIR की गई थी। मैं जाँच में सहयोग के लिए दिल्ली से जयपुर गया। इस मामले में कोर्ट ने मुझे एंटीसिपेटरी बेल ग्रांट कर दी है।

सद्गुरु वीडियो मामले में ही दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में भी मेरे ऊपर 3 करोड़ की मानहानि का केस चल रहा है। उसे भी पूरे दम से लड़ रहा हूँ। मुझे पूरा भरोसा है अंत में सत्य की विजय होगी।

मेरे लॉयर मयंक यादव और उनकी टीम का धन्यवाद जिन्होंने कई दिन रात लगकर फाइल्स तैयार कीं। साथ में लॉयर श्रेय यादव जी का धन्यवाद। उनकी गाइडेंस और सुझाव से ये संभव हो सका।

आज वे कहीं दूसरी कोर्ट में व्यस्त थे। इस कारण वे तस्वीर में नहीं हैं। आप सबके सपोर्ट के लिए भी बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया।

The FIR filed against him invokes sections of BNS analogous to the Sections 295A and 153A of the Indian Penal Code, pertaining to hurting the religious sentiments and all.

The complainant has no locus to file such a complaint. The FIR is rooted in baseless, frivolous and malicious allegations, which brings to my mind an article that Shrutika and I had penned down for The Hindu in 2022.

The article still holds the water.

I often wonder when the society will get away with this hurting the religious sentiments row. It seems that the religious sentiments are more fragile than the male ego.
