संपदा निदेशालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा लखनऊ स्थित एक्टिविस्ट डॉ नूतन ठाकुर को दी गयी सूचना के अनुसार बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को आवास पर मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति (सीसीए) द्वारा आवश्यक अनुमोदन मिले बिना ही नयी दिल्ली स्थित के कामराज लेन में बंगला नंबर 6 आवंटित कर दिया गया.
उपनिदेशक, संपदा राजीव रंजन द्वारा दिए गए जवाब के अनुसार श्री कुमार को सीसीए से कार्योत्तर संस्तुति मिलने की शर्त पर बंगला आवंटित किया गया है और उनका प्रकरण सीसीए की संस्तुति हेतु भेजा गया है. नूतन के अनुसार बारी के बिना बंगला आवंटन हेतु सीसीए द्वारा अनुमोदन अनिवार्य है किन्तु ऐसा लगता है कि 31 जनवरी 2018 को नीतीश कुमार को बंगला दिए जाते समय इसकी अनदेखी की गयी.
Delhi Bungalow allotted to Nitish Kumar against Rules!
As per the information provided by Directorate of Estate, Government of India to Lucknow based activist Dr Nutan Takur, Bungalow No 6 in K Kamraj Lane, New Delhi has been allotted to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar without the requisite approval of the Cabinet Committee on Accommodation (CCA).
Reply by Rajeev Ranjan, Deputy Director, Estates says that the Bungalow has been allotted to Sri Kumar subject to ex-post facto approval of CCA and the matter has been placed before CCA for approval.
As per Nutan, the Rules says that any out of turn allotment of bungalow can be done only after the approval of CCA but it seems the Rules were ignored in this case while allotting the Bungalow on 31 January 2018.
