Dear Bhai Paramanand ji
You must be feeling ashamed after the Tamil Nadu election results. Any sense of remorse? You, with your two underlings, had gone to the Chennai Press Club on 2 April (last month) to release a costly book titled “Jayalalitha’s corruption worth Rs.1 Lakh crores.” You had even displayed the IFWJ banner and your bogus title of “secretary general.” The entire show of your Chennai wheeler-dealers (so-called Chennai Union of Journalists) was sponsored by the D.M.K. party.
You made a neat Rs 1.5 crores out of the deal of lending the banner of India’s oldest and largest journalist body, though fraudulently. You and your two attendants got return air tickets (New Delhi, Lucknow and Bengaluru ), besides huge amount as gratification. Today your photos of the Karunanidhi-sponsored show at Chennai Press Club have again become viral in the Tamil Nadu media. Your posters attacking Jayalalitha and your displaying the IFWJ banner were pasted all over the town.
Your agent in the Chennai Union of Journalists K. Asadhullah had for the whole month been spreading canards that once DMK captures power, you will use state police and prevent the IFWJ delegates coming to Chennai for their National Council session on 10-13 June. He had threatened to lock up IFWJ office- bearers, including President K Vikram Rao. Leaders of the Working Journalists Union of Tamil Nadu AJB Sagayraj, IFWJ secretary (South) Ms. R.Chandrika and their determined comrades were prepared for your attack. No genuine working journalist is scared of bogus news agents. You are no more a journalist. What will you know about the struggle of workers? You only know how to turn black into white as a Vakeel.
How saddening ? Never in its 65 years of existence the IFWJ had ever joined any party or political campaign, unrelated to journalists. But you sold the IFWJ banner fraudulently to the DMK and Karunanidhi for money. You disgraced the noble profession of journalism, though you were a journalist till 1988, only 27 years ago. Assuming that Jayalalitha is not honest, but who are Praamanand Pandey, Hemant Tiwari and Mallikarjunah to judge her? The ordinary member of the IFWJ and common journalist of India discarded you as most corrupt. Now what will be the fate of your bogus Chennai Union of Journalists? We heard that you will use the booty of Rs. 1.5 crores (of black money) for opening your lawyer’s chamber in the Kotla area and give a table space to your bogus journalist body. You will repeat what you had done earlier when you abused the Railway Union office for your court work as lawyer.
But we assure you that we shall not act with vengeance. However, the law will take its own course. The Chennai Police Commissioner will start probe and prosecution for forgery, fraud, impersonation and cheating by fake persons and known imposters. Action on our complaint of April 2 was stopped because of election. Now it will resume. But our friends suggest that you down the shutters of your bogus shop and return to the parent IFWJ. In a spirit of forget and forgive, you may start anew.

आप शर्मसार हुये होंगे तंमिल नाडु चुनाव के परिणामों पर। अपने दो टहलुओं को लेकर गत माह (2 अप्रैल 2016) आप चैन्नई प्रेस क्लब गये थे। करूणनिधि की डी. एम. के. पार्टी का आप तीनों ने चुनाव प्रचार किया। आपने जयललिता के 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये वाले ‘भ्रष्टाचार’ का भाण्डा फोड़ करने वाले पुस्तक का विमोचन किया। महंगे कागज और छपाई वाली इस किताब की लाखों प्रतियां मुफ्त में वोटरों में बांटी गईं। आपके पोस्टर IFWJ बैनर के साथ सारे शहर में लगाये गये। नई दिल्ली, लखनऊ और बंगलूर के वापसी हवाई यात्रा का टिकट तो आप तीनों ने हथियाये। डी. एम. के. द्वारा प्रायोजित इस उद्यम से आपने डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये भी झटके। आपने IFWJ के झण्डे की सरेआम बोली लगवाई। बोगस पदाधिकारी हैं फिर भी अपने जाली पदनाम से मुनाफा कमाया। चैन्नई प्रेस क्लब में आपका एजेन्ट असदुल्लाह तो महीने भर से ऐलान कर रहा था कि डी.एम.के. सत्ता में आयेगी और मुख्य मंत्री करूणानिधि 10 जून को होने वाले असली IFWJ के अधिवेशन का विध्वंस कर देंगे। पुलिस बल का प्रयोग होगा।
मगर असदुल्लाह की धमकी का तनिक भी असर IFWJ की प्रदेश इकाई (वर्किंग जर्नलिस्ट्स यूनियन ऑफ तमिल नाडु W.J.U.T.) के अध्यक्ष ए.जे.बी.सगयराज और राष्ट्रीय सचिव (दक्षिण) आर.चन्द्रिका तथा उनके जुझारू साथियों पर नहीं पड़ा। संघर्ष से श्रमजीवी पत्रकार झिझकता नहीं है। आप क्या जाने पत्रकार क्या होता है ? आप तो श्याम को श्वेत करने वाले वकील हैं। अब आपको आत्मग्लानि हो रही होगी। बाजरा बो कर बासमती की फसल काटना चाहते थे ? आज तक विगत 65 वर्षों में IFWJ का परचम किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी के चुनाव अभियान में किराये पर नहीं चढ़ा था। आप और आप के एजेन्टों ने इस आदर्श को बड़ी बेहयाई से ध्वस्त कर डाला। मान भी ले कि जयललिता भ्रष्ट है तो परमानन्द पाण्डेय, हेमन्त तिवारी और मल्लिकार्जनय्या क्या इसे प्रमाणित करेंगे? आप तीनों महाभ्रष्टों को तो आम पत्रकार तिरस्कृत कर चुका है।
अब आपकी चैन्नईवाली फर्जी यूनियन का क्या हश्र होगा? सुना है इस डेढ़ करोड़ के काले धन से आप कोटला में वकील भवन खोलेंगे। फर्जी IFWJ का दफ्तर दिखाने के लिये चलायेंगे। जैसे रेलवे यूनियन के भवन का आपने अपने वकालत के धंधे में दुरुपयोग किया था। इतना तो हम आपको भरोसा दिलाते हैं कि हम आप तीनों के विरुद्ध प्रतिशोध से कोई काम नहीं करेंगे। कानून अपना काम तो करेगा। चैन्नई पुलिस कमिश्नर अब फर्जीवाड़ा, धोखाधड़ी आदि अपराधों के लिये जालसांजो पर कार्यवाही तो करेंगे ही। मतदान के कारण हमारी 2 अप्रैल वाले शिकायतपत्र पर कार्य स्थगित हो गया था। अब दुबारा चालू होगा। हमारे साथियों का सुझाव है कि आप अपनी फर्जी दुकान के शटर डाऊन कर दें। हमारे चैन्नई सम्मेलन में 10 जून को पधारिये। भूलचूक माफ के वातावरण में फिर नये सिरे से आप नया दौर चालू करें। देर आये दुरुस्त आये। सबको सन्मति दे भगवान।
