लखनऊ : खनन मंत्री गायत्री प्रसाद प्रजापति के खिलाफ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा दायर परिवाद में लोकायुक्त जस्टिस एन के मल्होत्रा की मंत्री को क्लीन चीट देने वाली रिपोर्ट के तुरंत बाद मंत्री के नजदीकी कहे जाने वाले विकास वर्मा ने इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में कैवियट दायर कर दिया.
विकास वर्मा लोकायुक्त की जांच रिपोर्ट के खिलाफ डॉ ठाकुर द्वारा हाई कोर्ट में दायर किये जाने वाले किसी भी संभावित याचिका के खिलाफ कैवियट ले कर गए हैं जबकि उन्होंने लोकायुक्त के सामने बयान दिया है कि उनका मंत्री से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है.
डॉ ठाकुर ने कहा है कि विकास वर्मा का इतनी तेजी से हाई कोर्ट जाना स्वतः उनके द्वारा अपनी शिकायत में लगाए गए श्री वर्मा और श्री प्रजापति के नजदीकी संबंधों को स्पष्ट कर देता है क्योंकि जब जांच श्री प्रजापति के खिलाफ थी और वह भी गलत बतायी गयी तो श्री वर्मा को कैवियट दायर करने की क्या जरुरत थी.

A caveat has been filed by Vikas Verma, a close associate of minister Gayatri Prajapati, in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court against the Lokayukta clean chit report to the minister in complaint filed by social activist Dr Nutan Thakur, which had called the allegations unsubstantiated.
Immediately after this Vikas Verma has gone to the High Court against any proposed petition to be filed by Dr Thakur in the High Court against the Lokayukta report, while he has made a statement before the Lokayukta that he is not associated to the minister in any manner.
Dr Thakur has said that the swiftness of Sri Verma moving to Court in a case which is not concerned with him but with the minister itself proves the close relation between him and Sri Prajapati, as has been alleged by her in her complaint.
