NEW DELHI : Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) today said it has appointed Girish Srivastava as its Secretary General. In a career spanning over 24 years, Girish has worked with NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies), Bechtel Corporation, Bechtel Management Consulting, Reliance Industries, Toyo Engineering India as well as on projects mainly funded by international donor agencies.
“Girish has done commendable job in the area of policy, regulations, promotion of cross-border trade in services, research, strategic expansion of existing businesses and development of new markets.
Given his extraordinary contributions in policy, trade, reforms and governance working with both private and government sector, Girish has been regularly appointed as a member of several high profile Government Committees and programmes.
“I, along with rest of the IBF members welcome Girish and wish him success for his new assignment.” President-IBF Mr. Uday Shankar said.
