Take One School of Communication, New Delhi invites applications for the position of Associate Dean for its renowned media school. The applicant should be a dynamic, inspiring, visionary leader with experience in building and nurturing programs in Communication and Media Studies.

Roles and responsibilities:

Associate Dean will play an instrumental role in building the national and international reputation of School.

Associate Dean will be responsible for providing leadership, management, curriculum development, including coordinating course offerings each semester, hiring, training, supervision of faculty in the school, internal program reviews, student learning outcomes assessment, and budget oversight.

Associate Dean will also be responsible for program planning and development with a focus on growing enrolments.

Associate Dean will also teach one course each semester and supervise the Department Heads.

Prior experience as an academic administrator or department chair and a strong record of innovative program development, leadership will be added advantage.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience at the level of Associate Professor/Professor including administrative experience would be given preference.

Associate Dean will be highly versatile and knowledgeable in managing all program areas within the school. She/He shall be the executive officer of the respective school and shall preside over the meeting of its faculty and staff.
