दो बड़े पत्रकारों ने नवीन जिंदल के न्यूज चैनल ‘न्यूज वर्ल्ड इंडिया’ के साथ नई पारी की शुरुआत की है. ये हैं हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स के जाने माने पत्रकार विनोद शर्मा और टीवी पत्रकारिता के बड़े चेहरे विनोद दुआ. बताया जा रहा है कि विनोद दुआ एक घंटे का शो करेंगे. यह शो अब तक उनके द्वारा किए गए शोज से अलग होगा. बताया जाता है कि विनोद दुआ और विनोद शर्मा की कुल मिलाकर जितनी तनख्वाह है वह नौकरी से निकाले गए साठ इंप्लाइज की इकट्ठी सेलरी से ज्यादा है. इसी विरोधाभाष और चैनल की आंतरिक स्थिति पर एक मीडियाकर्मी ने भड़ास के पास मेल भेजा है जो इस प्रकार है….
News World crumbling.. 60 staff fired for cost saving, 2 new hired increase cost higher
News World India is crumbling even before it stabilized operation. A owner with non-media background finds it difficult to get foothold in competitive news channel market. But a big business man of top rank messed up in news business need to commit big blunder like owner of News World Navin Jindal is done.
60 employee have been fired from news channel. Balance salary is cut by 10% and many other face high salary slashing. Still the money saved from firing and cost cutting of middle class employee is being thrown to get 2 big hire. One is Mr. Vinod Sharma of Hindustan Times and other is hindi news legend Mr. Vinod Dua. Their salary is higher than total saving by firing 60 employee.
Till 5th date, salary is not coming in salary accounts. Management people say that JSPL has not given money yet due to cash crisis. Now employees are waiting for 7th to see if the salary comes. There is major rumor that News World will shut soon due to fund crisis in Navin Jindal group. The news channel is crumbling and nearing its end soon to leave 200 employee helpless. Does Navin Jindal even care for employee or think employee is at his mercy. That is why his market standing is poor and no body rely on him.
For moneyed rich like Navin Jindal news channel is a toy to play story on coal and steel. He doesn’t care if viewer understand or not. If he do not like story of any kind, he shout at employee and pull them. For employees it is bread and butter which is important to come every month in salary form. Many channel came from builders & chit fund. and journalist go there for high salary. In News World most come as big company like JSPL is funding. Now even JSPL has no money so this will also shut like so many other channels. Big editor like Shailesh, Vinod Sharma and Vinodji even know the condition. But they don’t need monthly job like middle class employee who are helpless and quiet for threat of fired. If there was any good owner to buy the channel many jobs can saved.
