New Delhi | 6 April, 2023: As per the latest data released by the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), CNN–News18 has topped the English news genre consecutively for 50 weeks with a 35.7% market share in India’s TG 2+ segment. CNN-News18 outperformed top news channels such as Republic TV, Times Now, India Today TV and others. The market share of Republic TV stood at 28%, whereas the market share of Times Now was at 23% and India Today TV at 6.2%.
