लखनऊ : यादव सिंह मामले में इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा दायर पीआईएल में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के मुख्य सचिव, उत्तर प्रदेश को भेजे पत्र दिनांक 24 फ़रवरी 2015 की प्राप्ति मंजूर कर ली है, जिसमें भारत सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से काले धन पर बने एसआईटी के आदेशों पर यादव सिंह मामले के सभी अभिलेख सीबीआई को देने के निर्देश दिए हैं.
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार एसआईटी के आदेश को मानने को बहुत इच्छुक नहीं दिखी क्योंकि को महाधिवक्ता विजय बहादुर सिंह ने कोर्ट को बताया कि वे शीघ्र इस पत्र के सम्बन्ध में केंद्र सरकार से पत्राचार करेंगे. इस पर जस्टिस दिनेश महेश्वरी और जस्टिस ऋतुराज अवस्थी की बेंच ने आदेश दिया कि राज्य सरकार इस बारे में किये गए पत्राचार को कोर्ट के सामने प्रस्तुत करेगी और इसकी एक प्रति डॉ ठाकुर को भी देगी. कोर्ट ने यादव सिंह को नॉएडा विकास प्राधिकरण के माध्यम से नोटिस जारी करने के भी आदेश देने के साथ ही आगामी 20 अप्रैल को सुनवाई की तिथि निर्धारित की है.

Yadav Singh case- State govt accepts Center’s CBI letter
In the PIL in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court filed by social activist Dr Nutan Thakur in Yadav Singh scam, the UP government today accepted that it has indeed got the letter dated 24 February 2015 issued by Finance Ministry, Government of India to Chief Secretary, UP which directs the UP government to provide all the documents related with Yadav Singh case to CBI, as per the instructions of Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Black money, formed on Supreme Court directions.
But the State government does not seem willing to comply with SIT’s direction and the Advocate General Vijay Bahadur Singh said that the State government shall soon be responding with Central government on this letter.
On this the bench of Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Justice Rituraj Awasthi directed the State government to present the copy of communication before the Court, while providing a copy to Dr Thakur.
The Court also directed serving of notice to Yadav Singh through the Noida Development authority. The next date of hearing has been fixed on 20 April.
