मेरा नाम अरुण प्रकाश है और मैं इंडिया न्यूज़ हरियाणा इनपुट पर काम करता था, बीती 26फरवरी को मुझे राकेश सिंह ने गालियां देकर और भरे न्यूजरूम में जलील करके ऑफिस से बाहर निकाल दिया था और आज तक एक पैसा भी नहीं दिया है।
इसके बाद दीपक शर्मा, जो india news haryana का इनपुट हेड है। दीपक शर्मा ने आज मुझे धमकी दी है कि वो मुझे 3दिनों के अंदर जान से मार देगा। मैं बहुत ही ज्यादा डरा हुआ हूं क्योंकि मेरी छोटी सी फैमिली है।
मैं यह बहुत साफ़ कर देना चाहता हूं कि अगर मेरी हत्या होती है तो इसके गुनाहगार राकेश सिंह ITV NETWORK का मैनेजिंग एडिटर, दीपक शर्मा इनपुट हेड इंडिया न्यूज़ हरियाणा, HR Dept का शाजिद अली होगा।
दीपक शर्मा का पक्ष-
इस प्रकरण को लेकर इंडिया न्यूज हरियाणा के इनपुट हेड दीपक शर्मा ने भड़ास को बताया कि अरुण प्रकाश का सैलरी को लेकर कुछ मामला था। उन्हें नौकरी के महज 6 महीने ही हुए थे और सैलरी बढ़ाने तथा मिल रही सैलरी में गुजारा न चल पाने जैसी बातें कहकर वेतन वृद्धि की मांग कर रहे थे। मैंने अरुण को पंजाब डेस्क में जाने के लिए कहा था लेकिन इसने मना कर दिया। मैनेजिंग एडिटर राकेश सिंह से कोई बात हुई होगी। उन्होंने अरुण को हटा दिया। इसके बाद अरुण ने मेरे खिलाफ संस्थान को मेल किया। उसके बाद का यह ऑडियो रिएक्शन है..
इस प्रकरण पर उपरोक्त न्यूज़ भड़ास पर प्रकाशित होने के बाद इंडिया न्यूज़ की पैरेंट कंपनी आईटीवी नेटवर्क की तरफ़ से ये लीगल नोटिस भड़ास और पीड़ित अरुण प्रकाश को भेजा गया है-

Re: Maligning the reputation of ITV Network by publishing/uploading unverified news/audio of Mr. Arun Prakash committing criminal intimidation.
1. India News came across the news item and the audio of Mr. Arun Prakash in the digital platform Bhadas4Media on 23.4.2026. The news item is an act of criminal intimidation. The relevant facts are as under:
i. Mr. Arun Prakash who had earlier submitted his resignation on 17.2.2026 and while serving his one-month notice period on 26.2.2026 misbehaved with his senior and was issued show cause Notice on the same day. After receiving the show cause notice, he stopped coming to the office and used to send inappropriate communication and without responding to the request of the HR to fulfill his exit formalities. He also used to make unnecessary financial demands by writing frivolous emails.
ii. However, the India News on 23.4.2026 has paid to him more than what is legally due by waiving off his notice period.
iii. After receiving the payment which is more than he is legally entitled, he sent the alleged audio against Mr. Deepak Sharma of India News which is not only utterly false but also an act of criminal intimidation.
2. The Notice No.2 Bhadas4Media without verifying the truth and taking the response of the India News, has published the alleged news with the intention of tarnishing the image of the India News.
3. It is not out of place to mention that there are litigations pending between the Notice No.2 Bhadas4Media and India News and the publication of the news item was intentionallycalculated to cause damage to the India News.
4. By this notice India News calls upon Mr. ArunPrakash to cease and desist from sending defamatory news items forthwith, failing which appropriate legal action shall be taken against you. India News calls upon the Notice No.2 Bhadas4Media to publish unconditional apology in your digital platform website Bhadas4Media and remove the defamatory articles within 48 hours, otherwise we shall be constrained to file civil and criminal complaints for harming the reputation of India News and seek damages in the court of law.
