: Mental torture being faced by Mass Communicaton Ph.D. Scholars : Student Forum of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Communication and Journalism would like to bring to your notice that mental torture being faced by Mass Communicaton Ph.D. Scholars in University. As we would like to tell you that Application for Ph.D. were invited in the 2011, entrance examination was conducted on 29th January 2012, Entrance Exam was held at the University campus. Result of Which came on 16 May 2012. The Course work commence on 13th February 2013 and the Result of course work was announced on 23rd December 2013.
After the result came all students had submitted their proposals for the further action to be taken regarding the same. As per the requirement the students submitted the synopsis and DRC took place but after DRC had been conducted no further action has been taken till now. What when student visit to Vice Chancelor and HOD they say “these thinks take time and just have an easily out of situation. This delay and in the process has raised following question among the students.
If the Vice Chancelor was aware of this delay, why he didn’t take any action till now on it. Who is fully responsible for this delay? Those scholar who had face academic gap due to this problem who is is responsible for the same. Those student who have already submitted the synopsis and the cleared DRC process why there has been no further action done as DRC held on 17th September 2014 If due to this mental torture any Scholar harm himself or does something unpleasure who would be responsible for the loss.
