विवादास्पद टूलकिट मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल की टीम ने ट्विटर के गुड़गाँव स्थित दफ़्तर में छापा मारी की कार्रवाई की। टूलकिट मसले पर अमित शाह की दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा ट्विटर के दफ़्तर में रेड मारने के बड़े निहितार्थ हैं। देश पर एक नया तमाशा थोपने की तैयारी है। 2022 के यूपी चुनाव को ध्यान में रखकर मोदी सरकार और आरएसएस ने तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। इसके तहत पहला निशाना सोशल मीडिया है।
इस साल 25 फरवरी को इसकी शुरुआत हुई, जब सूचना-प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय ने तमाम सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म को इंटरमीडियरी मानते हुए 3 माह के भीतर नियमों का पालन करने को कहा था।
यह समयसीमा कल 25 मई को खत्म हो रही है। इस दौरान फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, ट्विटर और व्हाट्सएप ने नियमों का पालन नहीं किया। सिर्फ कू ने नियम माने हैं।
उन्होंने सरकार से 3 माह की मोहलत और मांगी है, जिसे सरकार ने ठुकरा दिया है।
वज़ह है संबित पात्रा के टूलकिट को MANIPULATED का लेबल लगाना।
मोदी सरकार ने आज ट्विटर के भारतीय दफ़्तर पर छापा मारकर अपने इरादे जता दिए हैं।
25 मई के बाद मोदी सरकार इन सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म का इंटरमीडियरी स्टेटस हटा सकती है। यानी सरकार जो भी कंटेंट इसमें डालेगी, उसे उन्हें मानना ही होगा।
यानी मोदी सरकार के हर झूठ को सिर झुकाकर स्वीकार करना।
याद कीजिये, मैंने 25 फरवरी को ही लिखा था कि यह देश में सरकार विरोधी आवाज़ों को दबाने की अमित शाह की चाल है, जो IT कानून की आड़ में चली जा रही है। इसे आप भले ही इमरजेंसी न मानें, मेरे लिए ये आपातकाल है।

Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala said – Namaskar Friends! Cowardly raid on Twitter unleashed by Delhi Police exposes lame-duck attempts to hide the fraudulent toolkit by BJP leaders. Such attempts to murder freedom of speech lay bare the BJP’s guilt.
The subjugation of free speech, the attempts to stifle every voice that is a dissenting voice against this Government and the state sponsored fraudulent means to propagate and to instil fear continue unabated in Modi Government. We all saw as to how BJP forged documents to produce a fake toolkit.
That fake toolkit was exposed. It was exposed by independent media called ‘Alt News’ which said that the document was a manipulated fraudulent document. It was exposed when Chhattisgarh police lodged an FIR against BJP leaders and its spokespersons. It was exposed when none less than the social media platform Twitter, declared the same to be manipulated media.
Now perturbed by it, now being running scared of it, BJP and Modi Government is raiding Twitter offices both in Delhi and in Gurgaon. May I ask- Why? The guilty people are sitting in BJP headquarters and in seat of power, but, you are raiding Twitter’s office in Delhi and Gurgaon, what is the reason there of?
The reason, friends, is simple, the reason is this, BJP is running scared of its lies and fraud getting caught and being branded as manipulated and fraudulent by social media platforms.
The Intermediary rules, which give the power to the government to direct people to take off various posts have not even come into play. They come into play only on 25th May, 2021 then why the action today? Under what provision of law notices are being issued? Is it also not correct that BJP leaders are being accused of fraud then why is the Government standing in shelter thereof? Instead of acting in accordance with the law and the constitution. And none less than the IT Minister himself and half a dozen other ministers have also tweeted this manipulated and fraudulent media. Now they are scared that their lies are going to get exposed and the oath of the constitution that they took will stand annihilated and violated and that’s why social media platforms are being targeted.
Please remember Mr. Prime Minister that free speech and rights to express opinion is our fundamental right in this country. You can’t subjugate the constitution, you can’t stifle free speech and you will not be able to suppress the voice of the young or voice of people of this county and that is the cardinal principle.
श्री रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि जान लें, ट्विटर के दिल्ली-गुरुग्राम दफ़्तर पर रेड डालने वाली डरपोक भाजपा सरकार “रेड राज” से फ़र्ज़ी टूलकिट का सच नही छिपा सकती। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के फर्जीवाड़े की, फ्रॉड की और फर्जी कागजों से पूरे देश को भ्रमित करने की परतें आए दिन खुलती जा रही हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी, उसके प्रवक्ताओं, नेताओं ने और आधा दर्जन मंत्रियों ने एक फर्जी टूलकिट का कागज जगजाहिर किया। अब जब छत्तीसगढ़ की पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया, जब ऑल्ट न्यूज़ ने उस ढोल की पोल खोल दी और फर्जीवाड़ा साबित कर दिया, जब ट्विटर ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रवक्ताओं और नेताओं के ट्विटर हैंडल पर मैनिपुलेटेड़ (manipulated) मीडिया की मोहर लगा दी, तो अब सरकार छटपटा गई।
और आज जो पहले देश में कभी नहीं हुआ, वो हुआ। अब ट्विटर के दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम के दफ्तरों पर रेड मरवाकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार सोशल मीडिया के ट्विटर और दूसरे प्लेटफ़ार्मों को ड़राने का घिनौना प्रयास कर रही है।
मोदी जी, ये जान लें, जब भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लोग फर्जीवाड़ा कर रहे थे, तो सरकार उनके संरक्षण में क्यों खड़ी है? सोशल मीडिया इंटरमीडियरी रूल्स तो 25 मई, 2021 से लागू होंगे, आज तो वो लागू ही नहीं। तो किस धारा या कानून के तहत दिल्ली पुलिस नोटिस जारी कर रही थी? और अब जब 6-6 कैबिनेट के मंत्री समेत आईटी के मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद, जिन्होंने इस ट्विटर हैंडल को इस मैनिपुलेटेड़ मीडिया को यूज किया था, जब उनकी ढोल की पोल खुलती नजर आई, तो अब दिल्ली पुलिस के पीछे पूरी भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार खड़ी हो गई है।
आप जान लें, इस प्रकार से जबरन इस देश के नौजवान, इस देश के युवा, इस देश के लोगों की जुबान पर ताला लगाने की जो कोशिश है, उसमें आप कभी कामयाब नहीं होंगे। आप युवाओं की, इस देश के सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स की जुबान बंद नहीं कर सकते। आपका फर्जीवाड़ा साबित हो गया है और इसकी सजा भाजपा के नेताओं को अवश्य मिलेगी।
