आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर ने आज मंत्री गायत्री प्रजापति द्वारा महिला आयोग अध्यक्षा जरीना उस्मानी, सदस्य अशोक पाण्डेय और कुछ पुलिसवालों के साथ कूटरचना कर और फर्जी महिला खड़ी कर उन दोनों को बलात्कार और मारपीट जैसी गंभीर मामलों में फंसाए जाने के सम्बन्ध में एफआईआर नहीं दर्ज करने के सम्बन्ध में डीजीपी कार्यालय के सामने अपना विरोध प्रदर्शन किया.

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रजापति के खिलाफ लोकायुक्त के समक्ष परिवाद दायर करने के बाद उन्हें पहले फोन पर धमकी मिली और बाद में दो अलग-अलग महिलाओं के नाम से महिला आयोग के माध्यम से बलात्कार के फर्जी आरोप लगाए गए, जिनमें एटा की महिला का पता गलत निकला जबकि गाजियाबाद की महिला के अलग-अलग अभिलेखों पर अलग-अलग हस्ताक्षर हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि कॉल डिटेल साबित करते हैं कि गाजियाबाद की महिला, गोमतीनगर पुलिस और अशोक पाण्डेय लगातार संपर्क में थे.
उन्होंने कहा कि एक धर्मेन्द्र प्रसाद द्वारा प्रजापति के सीधे षडयंत्र पर उन पर झूठी गवाही देने के लिए पैसे के प्रलोभन का झूठा आरोप लगाया गया. अमिताभ और नूतन के अनुसार 10 जून को थानाध्यक्ष गोमतीनगर, 11 जून को डीआईजी लखनऊ और 15 जून को स्वयं डीजीपी ए के जैन से मिलकर प्रार्थनापत्र देने पर भी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं हुई और उन्होंने कोर्ट जाने के पूर्व डीजीपी कार्यालय के सामने बैठ कर अपना विरोध जताया.

IPS officer Amitabh Thakur and social activist Dr Nutan Thakur today sat at DGP office against the non-registration of FIR on their application against minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati for trying to frame them in false cases of rape and other charges, , with assistance of with UP State Women Commission Chairperson Jarina Usmani, member Ashok Pandey and some policemen.
They said that Dr Thakur’s complaint against the minister before the Lokayukta, they first got a threat to stay away from this case and were later implicated in two completely false complaints of rape by unknown women presented before the Women Commission, of which the address of Eta woman was found false while that of Ghaziabad has different signatures in different documents. They said the call details establish that the Ghaziabad woman and some policemen from Gomtinagar were in constant touch with Ashok Pande.
They said another false case was filed against them at behest of Sri Prajapati by one Dharmendra Kumar for allegedly beating him.
As per Amitabh and Nutan, an application for FIR was given to SO Gomtinagar on 10 June, to DIG Lucknow on 11 June and to DGP A K Jain on 15 June but it was not registered forcing them to sit before DGP office.
