आसाराम मामले के पानीपत निवासी गवाह महेंद्र चावला पर हुए हमले की कुछ लोगों को दस दिन पहले से ही जानकारी थी और उन्हें हमला करने वालों के नाम भी मालूम थे. यह बात इंदौर निवासी आसाराम के पूर्व सहयोगी और अब उनके खिलाफ प्रमुख गवाह सतीश वाधवानी की एक व्यक्ति से फोन पर बात की रिकॉर्डिंग से सामने आई है.
इस बातचीत में श्री सतीश यह कहते सुने गए हैं कि उन्हें आठ-दस दिन पहले हमला होने और इसमें शामिल होने वालों के नाम मालूम हो गए थे और यह सारा काम आसाराम और नारायण साईं द्वारा कराया जा रहा है. उन्होंने इस मामले में इंदौर के गुटका किंग कहे जाने वाले किशोर वाधवानी की संलिप्तता की ओर भी इशारा किया है.
श्री चावला ने इस मामले में आसाराम और नारायण साईं के अलावा नारायण के बॉडीगार्ड हनुमान, बिजिनेस पार्टनर राजेन्द्र और पानीपत के लोकल पार्टनर निशांत धनधड पर भी संदेह व्यक्त किया है.
श्री चावला के माध्यम से यह जानकारी होने पर श्री चावला पर हमला और मुज़फ्फरनगर में गवाह अखिल गुप्ता की हत्या के मामलों पर निजी स्तर से पैरवी कर रहे आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर ने हरियाणा और यूपी के डीजीपी सहित केन्द्रीय गृह सचिव को ईमेल भेज कर तत्काल गहारी से जांच कराये जाने की मांग की है.

The recently attack on Asaram case witness Mahendra Chawla in Panipat was in the knowledge of certain people ten days ahead who even knew the names of persons planning it.
This fact has emerged from the phone conversation of Indore resident Satish Wadhwani, a previous Asaram aide and now key witness against him.
In the conversation Sri Satish is heard saying that he had come to know of prposed attack around 8-10 days ahead along with the assailants’ names. He said all such attacks were the handiwork of Asarama and his son Narayan Sai. In the conversation he also mentioned certain definite role of Kishore Wadhwani, the Indore based industrialist and Gutka king.
Sri Chawla has placed his definite on Asaram and Narayan Sai, along with Narayan’s bodyguard Hanuman, business partner Rajendra and Panipat resident Nishant Dhandhad etc.
On being informed by Sri Chawla, IPS officer Amitbh Thakur, personally pursuing this attack along with murder of witness Akhil Gupta in Muzaffarnagar, sent emails to DGP of Haryana and UP along with Union Home Secretary seeking strong and fast action in these cases.
