सपा प्रमुख मुलायम सिंह यादव द्वारा आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर को मोबाइल फोन से दी गयी धमकी के सम्बन्ध में दर्ज एफआईआर में हजरतगंज पुलिस द्वारा लगाये गए अंतिम रिपोर्ट को अदालत ने ख़ारिज कर दिया है. सीजेएम लखनऊ संध्या श्रीवास्तव ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि केस डायरी से स्पष्ट है कि विवेचक ने कॉम्पैक्ट डिस्क में अंकित वार्तालाप की आवाज़ का नमूना परीक्षण नहीं कराया है और मात्र मौखिक बयान दर्ज कर के अंतिम रिपोर्ट प्रेषित कर दिया है.
सीजेएम लखनऊ संध्या श्रीवास्तव ने क्षेत्राधिकारी हजरतगंज को इस मामले में अग्रिम विवेचना करते हुए अमिताभ और मुलायम सिंह के आवाज़ का नमूना प्राप्त कर उसका कॉम्पैक्ट डिस्क की आवाज़ से विधि विज्ञानं प्रयोगशाला में परीक्षण करा कर 30 सितम्बर 2016 तक रिपोर्ट देने के आदेश दिए हैं. ज्ञात हो कि इस मामले में विवेचक द्वारा धमकी की बात गलत होने और अमिताभ द्वारा महज लोकप्रियता के लिए गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर झूठी सूचना दिए जाने की बात कहते हुए अंतिम रिपोर्ट कोर्ट को भेजी गयी थी. अमिताभ ठाकुर ने कोर्ट में इस अंतिम रिपोर्ट के खिलाफ विरोध याचिका दायर कर इसे चुनौती दी थी. कहा जा सकता है कि कोर्ट के ताजे आदेश के बाद मुलायम की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं. नीचे कोर्ट द्वारा दिए गए आदेश की कापी है…
Mulayam Phone case : Order for voice sample matching in FSL
In the protest petition presented by IPS officer Amitabh Thakur against the Final report presented by Hazratganj police in the FIR registered by him regarding alleged threat given to him by SP Supremeo Mulayam Singh Yadav on mobile phone, the CJM Lucknow Court today dismissed the Final report.
CJM Lucknow Sandhya Srivastava said in her order that it is apparent from the Case diaries that the voice samples have not been scientifically examined and Final report has been sent merely on hearsay evidences. Hence she directed Circle officer Hazratganj to undertake further investigation in the matter and get the voices in the Compact Disc scientifically examined in the State Forensic Science Laboratory, presenting his report by 30 September 2016.
Previously the Investigating Officer had presented Final Report concluding that the threat allegations were not found to be correct and was a false case based on wrong facts for cheap popularity. Amitabh had presented a protest application against the Final Report.
