Regarding SAHARA maturity not paid to investor

My mother Saroj Singh 70 years old is illeterate. Her SAHARA a/c control no- 20719201775, date 15-12-2003 maturity amount Rs 320000/-. Without her permission by keeping her in dark maturity amoung fixed in other scheme Receipt no-034005534023-43, Date 19-09-2014, Amount Rs 320000/-. This is the case of Bihar CM village Harnauth branch code (2071). branch Manager Mr Vijay Singh-09939205612, 09471004666.

Regarding this when I contact Mr Rajesh Singh Media Head TV, Noida on his Mobile no 09811170008 on 05-04-2015 at 9 am with my wife and friend he says “SAHARA main humse puch kar paisa jama karaye the, Main kuch nahi kar sakta. Main para banking main nahi hoon. paise lene ke liye sidhe tareke se baat karoo” After that his mobile switch off.

Yashwant g please help so that I may get back hard earned money without interest.
