Yadav Singh to HC : Never involved in corruption, media scandalized issue
Suspended Noida engineer Yadav Singh says that he has never been involved in any corruption whatsoever and has performed his official duty with utmost honesty and dedication. He said this in his counter-affidavit presented before Allahabad High Court in reply to the PIL filed by social activist Dr Nutan Thakur. As per the reply, he has no association with any of the company alleged in the PIL. He said he got his promotions as per rules and regulations. He said the previous FIR against him was filed by Noida engineer R P Singh due to his personal grudge against Ramendra which CBCID closed as being incorrect.
Yadav Singh said he never left the country nor did he ever divorce his wife Kusumlata as claimed in the petition. His wife owns Kusum Garments since 1997 which is presently worth Rs. 10.74 crores and none of his family members have any concern with any other company like Mamta, Meenu creations etc. He said only Rs. 11.5 lakh cash and 2.86 Kilo gold was found at his residence. He owes only one plot of 115 sq meter at Noida and all other properties attributed to him are incorrect. He said they do not have any business or political association with Mayawati’s brother Anand Kumar. He said the media has publicized and scandalized the issue without any facts and figure. He said the allegations made by Dr Thakur are highly derogatory and defamatory and he reserves his right to take legal recourse against her. The next date of hearing has been fixed on 20 April.
निलंबित नॉएडा अभियंता यादव सिंह ने कहा है कि उन्होंने कभी किसी मामले में भ्रष्टाचार नहीं किया और अपना सरकारी दायित्व पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से निभाया. उन्होंने यह बात सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में दायर पीआईएल के हलफनामे में कही. हलफनामे के अनुसार उनका पीआईएल में दिए गए किसी कंपनी से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि उन पर पुराना एफआईआर नॉएडा के अभियंता आर पी सिंह और रामेन्द्र के परस्पर लड़ाई का नतीजा था जिसे सीबी-सीआईडी ने गलत पाते हुए अंतिम रिपोर्ट लगा दिया.
वे कभी देश छोड़ कर नहीं गए और न ही अपनी पत्नी कुसुमलता से कभी तलाक लिया, जैसा पीआईएल में लिखा है. उनकी पत्नी कुसुमलता 1997 से कुसुम गारमेंट्स चलती हैं जिसकी मौजूदा कीमत 10.74 करोड़ है. इसके अलावा उनके परिवारवालों का किसी अन्य कंपनी से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है. उनके घर से रेड में मात्र 11.5 लाख रुपये और 2.86 किलो सोना निकला था और उनके पास केवल 115 वर्गमी का एक प्लाट है, इसके अलावा उनके परिवार की बतायी जा रही सारी संपत्ति की सूचना गलत है. उन्होंने कहा कि उनका मायावती के भाई आनंद कुमार से कोई राजनैतिक या व्यावसायिक सम्बन्ध नहीं है. हलफनामे के अनुसार मीडिया ने इस मुद्दे को बिना तथ्यों के तोड़मरोड़ कर सनसनी फैलाई. उन्होंने कहा कि डॉ ठाकुर ने अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक और मानहानिपरक आरोप लगाए हैं जिनपर आवश्यकतानुसार कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की बात कही. मामले की अगली सुनवाई 20 अप्रैल को होगी.
