जी जॉइन करने और सीबीआई पूछताछ में कोई आपसी संबंध नहीं है। बस इतना है कि ज़ी जॉइन करने के ठीक बाद सीबीआई लगने वाली न्यूज़ आई है।
एक पुराना पाप है दीपक जी का। मुलायम सिंह एंड फ़ैमिली के आय से अधिक संपत्ति के मामले में सीबीआई द्वारा केस बंद किए जाने की कूटरचित और झूठी खबर प्रसारित किया था दीपक चौरसिया ने।
इसी मामले में कोर्ट ने दो बड़े फ़ैसले दिये हैं। सीबीआई की क्लोजर रिपोर्ट ख़ारिज कर जाँच जारी रखने को कहा। दीपक चौरसिया और मनोज मित्ता से पूछताछ करने को कहा है सीबीआई से।

Order dated – 17/01/2023
- Court has rejected the closure of the CBI and order for further investigation.
- Court has directed cbi to question Shri Deepak Chaurasia (star news) and Manoj Mitta.
- Court raised the question on final report of cbi which states Media persons denied to disclose the source of forged and fabricated documents to which court stated there is no statutory exemption that media will not disclose their sources to the investigation agencies.
- Court has also directed the Cbi to requestion the witness and to find to who all where involved in this criminal conspiracy of forging the documents and airing and printing it in newspapers and electronic media.
- Court has directed the cbi as to how 2 days before the final judgement in (Shri Mulayam’s Singh Yadav and families da case in Supreme Court) paper leaked from the cbi office to media.
- In courts opinion cbi can include public persons mandatorily in the investigation.
- Investigation officer of cbi shall be at liberty to carry to futher investigation however the aspects highlighted in this order should be covered in further investigation.
- Notice issued to I.O and HIO to file a supplementary report on 24.03.2023.
