भोपाल : प्रत्येक व्यक्ति मूल्यों की जानकारी रखता है। जरूरत बस मूल्यों को सदैव याद रखने और उनका पालन करने है। ये विचार कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे विश्वविद्यालय रायपुर के कुलपति डॉ. सच्चिदानंद जोशी ने व्यक्त किए।
‘संचार एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में मूल्यनिष्ठता’ विषय पर आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संविमर्श
वे ‘संचार एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में मूल्यनिष्ठता’ विषय पर आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संविमर्श के समापन समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि उपस्थित थे। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार और माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता एवं संचार विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से महाकुम्भ सिंहस्थ-2016 के परिप्रेक्ष्य में आयोजित संविमर्श में देशभर से विद्वान शामिल हुए और मीडिया से जुड़े विभिन्न वृत्तिज्ञों (प्रोफेशनल्स) के मूल्यों पर विमर्श किया। समापन सत्र की अध्यक्षता कुलपति प्रो. बृजकिशोर कुठियाला ने की। इस मौके पर जागरण लेकसिटी यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति श्री अनूप स्वरूप, मध्यप्रदेश शासन के जनसंपर्क विभाग के संचालक श्री लाजपत आहूजा और प्रज्ञा प्रवाह संस्था के श्री दीपक शर्मा ने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।
कुलपति प्रो. जोशी ने मीडिया शिक्षकों के मूल्यों को प्रमुखता से रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने बताया कि सम्प्रेषणनीयता, रचनात्मकता, गतिकता, ग्रहणशीलता, सतर्कता, दक्षता, सत्यपरकता और संवेदनशीलता सहित प्रमुख मूल्यों का मीडिया शिक्षक को स्वयं के व्यवहार में पालन करना चाहिए। जागरण लेकसिटी यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति श्री अनूप स्वरूप ने कहा कि समाज के जो मूल्य हैं, उनका प्रभाव मीडिया पर पड़ता है। इसलिए हमें समाज के मूल्यों की भी चिंता करनी चाहिए।
सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता श्री दीपक शर्मा ने सोशल मीडिया और तकनीक के अधिक उपयोग से सामने आ रहे दुष्परिणामों का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने बताया कि फेसबुक, ट्विटर जैसे सोशल माध्यम का एक घंटे से अधिक उपयोग करने पर सोचने की क्षमता पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है। तकनीक के मूल्य नहीं होते, मूल्य तो मनुष्य के होते हैं। वहीं, जनसंपर्क संचालक श्री लाजपत आहूजा ने उज्जैन में होने वाले महाकुम्भ सिंहस्थ को उत्तर से दक्षिण और पूर्व से पश्चिम को जोडऩे का आयोजन बताया। मीडिया के संबंध में आज की परिस्थितियों का उल्लेख करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि तीसरे प्रेस आयोग की जरूरत अब महसूस हो रही है।
भारत का मीडिया दुनिया में बेहतर : माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. बृजकिशोर कुठियाला ने कहा कि दुनिया में मार्केटिंग के मूल्यों की चिंता पहले होती है जबकि हमारे देश में लोकहित के मूल्य सबसे पहले होते हैं। दुनिया के कई देशों के मीडिया की तुलना में भारत का मीडिया बहुत बेहतर है। भारतीय मीडिया में मूल्य आज भी जीवित हैं। वह समाज के हित में अच्छा काम कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सबसे जरूरी बात यह है कि हम अच्छे मूल्यों को पहचानें, उन्हें अपने जीवन में उतारें और उनको विकसित करने का प्रयास करें।
प्रो. कुठियाला ने कहा कि धारणाओं के आधार पर मूल्यों का विकास होता है। समापन सत्र का संचालन डॉ. अनुराग सीठा ने किया। आभार प्रदर्शन जनसंचार विभाग के अध्यक्ष श्री संजय द्विवेदी ने किया। इससे पूर्व संपादक, उपसंपादक, रिपोर्टर, लेखक, मीडिया प्रबंधक और संचारक के मूल्यों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इस सत्र की अध्यक्षता लखनऊ से आए मीडिया शिक्षक एवं लेखक श्री रमेशचन्द्र त्रिपाठी ने की।
मुख्य वक्ता दिल्ली से आए वरिष्ठ पत्रकार डॉ. रामजी त्रिपाठी थे। इस दौरान माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय के प्रोडक्शन निदेशक श्री आशीष जोशी ने प्रोड्यूसर, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विजय मनोहर तिवारी ने रिपोर्टर, प्रबंधन विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. अविनाश वाजपेयी ने मीडिया प्रबंधक, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर डॉ. सौरभ मालवीय ने संचारक, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर श्री सुरेन्द्र पाल ने फोटो जर्नलिस्ट और उत्तरप्रदेश शासन के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी डॉ. मनोज कुमार ने प्रशासन के मूल्यों पर विस्तार से अपनी बात कही।

Everybody knows values, need to practice them: Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi
Bhopal : Vice-chancellor of Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism, Raipur, Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi while addressing a two-day national symposium on ‘Values in Communication and IT’ in Bhopal on Sunday said that everyone knows the values and the need is to keep them in mind and practice them. Dr Joshi was present as the chief guest of the concluding ceremony of the two-day function organised under the joint aegis of Government of Madhya Pradesh and Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal as a pre-dialogue for Singhasth-2016. Intellectuals and scholars from different fields including media and education participated in the event. The concluding session was presided over by vice-chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi Journalism University, Prof. Brij Kishore Kuthiala. Among the others sharing their views on the occasion were vice chancellor of Jagaran Lake City University, Shri Anup Swaroop, director of PR Department of the state government, Shri Lajpat Ahuja and Shri Deepak Sharma of Pragya Pravah Sansthan.
Underlining the importance of values for the media educators, Dr. Joshi said that media educators would have to practice values like – interactivity, creativity, progressiveness, acceptability, alertness, efficiency and truthfulness themselves.
Vice chancellor of Jagaran Lake City University, Shri Anup Swaroop said that the impact of values of the society is also seen on media. Therefore, we will have to be concerned about the social values as well. Social worker, Shri Deepak Sharma threw light on the ill effects of the social media and technology on the society. He said that spending one hour on social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter and others leaves negative impact on our thinking capability.
Director, Public Relations, Government of MP, Shri Lajpat Ahuja said that the grand religious congregation, Singhasth to be held in 2016 is a festival that connects the country from north to south and east to west. Talking about the prevalent circumstances in the media, the need for the third press commission seems is being felt.
Indian media best in the world: Vice-chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National Journalism University, Prof. BK Kuthiala said that while the world media thinks first about the values of marketing, in our country, the values for social welfare are always the top priority. Indian media is better vis-a-vis media of several countries as values in India media are alive even today and it is working for the good of the society. Prof. Kuthiala said that the most important thing is to identify the good values, imbibe them in our lives and try to develop them. The vice-chancellor said that values are developed on the basis of beliefs.
The concluding session was coordinated by Dr. Anurag Seetha while the vote of thanks was proposed by head of Mass Communication Department, Sanjay Dwivedi.
Earlier, in the first session of the second day, consultations were held on the values of editors, sub-editors, reports, writers, media managers and communicators. The session was presided over by media educator from Lucknow, Shri Ramesh Chandra Tripathi while senior journalist from Delhi, Dr. Ramji Tripathi was the keynote speaker. During this, director, Productions of the university, Shri Aashish Joshi, senior journalist, Shri Vijay Manohar Tiwari, head of Management Department, Dr Avinash Vajpayee, assistant professor, Dr. Saurabh Malviya, assistant professor Shri Surendra Pal, PRO with Govt of UP, Dr Manoj Kumar also shared their views of values for different professionals of the media industry.
