एनबीएसए यानि नेशनल ब्राडकास्टिंग स्टैंडर्ड्स अथारिटी ने आजतक न्यूज चैनल पर जुर्माना लगाया है. आजतक चैनल को सुशांत सिंह राजपूत से जुड़े आपत्तिजनक कंटेंट प्रसारित करने के जुर्म में एक लाख रुपये का जुर्माना भरना होगा.
एनबीएसए की तरफ से जारी आदेश में कई न्यूज चैनलों को बिना शर्त माफीनामा चैनल पर प्रसारित करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं.
इन चैनलों में आजतक, जी न्यूज, न्यूज24, इंडिया टीवी का नाम है.
कई न्यूज चैनलों को एनबीएसए ने चेतावनी दी है.
ज्ञात हो कि रिपब्लिक टीवी एनबीएसए का मेंबर नहीं है. इसलिए सुशांत सिंह राजपूत कांड पर सर्वाधिक अनाप शनाप प्रसारण के बावजूद उसका कहीं कुछ न बिगड़ेगा.
इस प्रकरण को लेकर पत्रकार सौरव दास समेत कइयों ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी. सौरव दास ने एनबीएसए के फैसले के बाद कई ट्वीट किए हैं. इनके ट्वीट का संपादित अंश पढ़ें-

Aaj Tak has been fined 1 Lakh rupees by the NBSA for attributing fake tweets to SushantSinghRajput.
Further, aajtak, ZeeNews,News24, indiatvnews have been asked to air unconditional apologies on its channels for running objectionable content
NBSA has also warned ABPNews, NewsNationTV, abpmajhatv for its violations of the code of ethics and broadcasting standards. News Nation had aired the picture of SSR’s dead body but had sincerely apologised during the hearing at NBSA.
The order notes my objection to the sensational news coverage of SSR’s death in which I described it as “abhorrent, shameful, insensitive, anti-human rights, unprofessional and sensational”.
Republic is not a part of NBSA. So no action can be taken against them.
The maximum of penalty that can be imposed is 1 Lakh. Yes, it’s peanuts for these channels.
Reforms are badly required in this self-regulatory body!
