एक्टिविस्ट डॉ नूतन ठाकुर ने सीबीआई में कार्यरत यूपी कैडर के आईपीएस अफसर अखिलेश कुमार चौरसिया के विरुद्ध उनकी पत्नी स्फूर्ति मिश्रा द्वारा दी गयी शिकायत के आधार पर उन्हें निलंबित करते हुए उनके विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्यवाही की मांग की है.
गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को भेजी शिकायत में उन्होंने कहा कि सुश्री स्फूर्ति द्वारा बताये गए तथ्य अत्यंत गंभीर प्रकृति के हैं, जिसमे श्री चौरसिया द्वारा लम्बे समय से अनैतिक व चरित्रहीन आचरण किये जाने के आरोप साक्ष्य सहित प्रस्तुत किये गए हैं.
नूतन के अनुसार श्री चौरसिया का यह आचरण अखिल भारतीय सेवा आचरण नियमावली 1968 के नियम 3 के सर्वथा विपरीत है तथा यदि ये आरोप सही हैं तो वे इस सेवा में रहने लायक नहीं है.
अतः उन्होंने श्री चौरसिया को अविलंब निलंबित करते हुए उनके खिलाफ विभागीय कार्यवाही शुरू करने तथा आरोप सही पाए जाने पर उन्हें सेवा से बर्खास्त करने की मांग की गयी है.
Suspension/termination of IPS Akhilesh sought on immoral behavior
Activist Dr Nutan Thakur has sought suspension and departmental action against UP Cadre IPS officer Akhilesh Kumar Chaurasia, presently in CBI, on the grounds of extremely immoral and perverse behavior as stated by his wife Sfoorti Mishra.
In her complaint to Home Minister Amit Shah, she said that the facts narrated by Ms Sfoorti in her complaint are of extremely serious nature, where she has presented definite facts about Sri Chaurasia’s long immoral conduct along with reliable evidences.
As per Nutan, this behavior is gross misconduct in Rule 3 of All India Services Conduct Rules 1968, and if the allegations are found correct, Sri Chaurasia is not fit to remain in IPS.
Hence she has sought immediate suspension of Sri Chaurasia and initiation of departmental enquiry and termination from service if allegations are found true.
