आये दिन लगे रहे मुकदमों से आजिज आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर ने उनकी पत्नी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा खनन मंत्री गायत्री प्रसाद प्रजापति के खिलाफ अवैध खनन के परिवाद के बाद लगातार उनको प्रताड़ित करने और फर्जी मुकदमे में फंसाए जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव से अपने प्राणों की रक्षा की गुहार लगाई है.
श्री ठाकुर ने कहा है कि दिसंबर 2014 में यह परिवाद दायर करने के बाद उन दोनों को पहले मुक़दमा उठाने की धमकी मिली, फिर पूरी तरह फर्जी बलात्कार के दो आरोप लगाए गए और अब उनकी पत्नी पर एक गवाह को पीटने का फर्जी आरोप लगाया गया है.
श्री ठाकुर ने एटा की महिला का पता तक फर्जी निकलना, गाजियाबाद की महिला का अब तक सामने नहीं आना, पूरी तरह आधी-अधूरी बात कहना, पत्नी और बच्चों की मौजूदगी में उनके द्वारा बलात्कार करने का आरोप लगाना सहित तमाम तथ्यों के आधार पर बलात्कार के आरोपों को फर्जी बताया है. इसी प्रकार लोकायुक्त कार्यालय के सामने अकेली महिला द्वारा 4-5 पुरुषों को पीटने के आरोप को सिरे से बेबुनियादी होने और इस मुकदमे के वकील सुनील सिंह द्वारा पूर्व में श्री प्रजापति की ओर से मानहानि की नोटिस भेजने के आधार पर इसे सुनियोजित होने की बात कही है.
श्री ठाकुर ने कहा है कि वे और उनकी पत्नी पूरी तरह आशंकित हैं कि उनके साथ कोई भी हादसा हो सकता है अथवा उन्हें किसी भी झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने का प्रयास हो सकता है, अतः उन्होंने ऐसा करने वालों को दण्डित करने और अपनी सुरक्षा की मांग की है. साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने का समय भी माँगा है.

With all kinds of criminal complaints pouring in, IPS officer Amitabh Thakur has alleged Mining Minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati of harassing him and his wife social activist Dr Nutan Thakur after her complaint of illegal mining against him and has prayed the Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to save their lives.
Sri Thakur said that after filing of complaint in December 2014, they first got threat to take back the case, then were implicated in completely false rape cases and now another false case of his wife beating a witness has come up.
Sri Thakur said the facts of alleged Etah victim’s address being unverified, Ghaziabad victim completely avoiding to come forward to present her case, coming up with incoherent facts and alleging rape in front of Sri Thakur’s wife and children make these allegations completely unbelievable. He said the allegations of a single woman beating 4-5 men in front of Lokayukta office are equally improbable and false and the fact that the advocate in this case is same Sunil Singh who previously sent defamation notices for Sri Prajapati make the conspiracy quite apparent.
Sri Thakur said he and his wife are completely apprehensive of their safety and they fear getting implicated in any false case and has hence prayed for punishing people involved in this conspiracy and to provide them safety and security.
He has also sought time to meet the Chief Minister tomorrow on this matter.
