विवादित नारीवादी कविता कृष्णन से बिहार के गया जिले के चर्चित वकील मदन तिवारी ने फोन पर लंबी बात की. कविता कृष्णन पर उठ रहे ढेर सारे सवालों, लग रहे ढेर सारे आरोपों को लेकर मदन तिवारी ने उनसे एक-एक कर विस्तार से बात की. पर अपने पाखंडी स्वभाव के अनुरूप कविता बात करते-करते मदन पर ही भड़क गई और उन्हें नानसेंस तक कह डाला. मतलब ये कि बातचीत करने तक का धैर्य नहीं दिखा सकी. यही हड़बड़ी वह राजनीति और नारीवाद में भी करती है जिसके कारण कई जेनुइन लोग बुरी तरह फंस गए, आत्महत्या करने को मजबूर हुए या उनकी इज्जत तार-तार कर दी गई. कविता की ओछी मानसिकता और टीआरपी खोर महिलावादी सक्रियता को लेकर एक बड़ा खेमा विरोध में खड़ा हो चुका है. इसी सबको लेकर मदन ने कविता से बातचीत की और उनका पक्ष जानना चाहा.

पूरी बातचीत को मदन तिवारी ने फेसबुक पर डाला है. इस बातचीत में जब मदन तिवारी ने कविता कृष्णन से पूछा कि आखिर यशवंत और अविनाश पांडेय समर आपका विरोध क्यों करते हैं तो कविता ने यशवंत के बारे में बताया कि कुछ साल पहले लड़की छेड़ने का मुकदमा यशवंत पर मेरी मदद से संभव हुआ, जिसके कारण वह मेरे खिलाफ है. मदन तिवारी के स्टेटस पर यशवंत ने भी कमेंट कर अपना पक्ष रखा है. पूरे प्रकरण को विस्तार से आप नीचे पढ़ सकते हैं और कविता कृष्णन जैसी कथित नारीवादियों की सोच, हकीकत जान सकते हैं.
कविता कृष्णन से मदन तिवारी की बातचीत यानि कविता कृष्णन के पक्ष को भड़ास पर यहां इसलिए प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है ताकि यह कतई न कहा जा सके कि भड़ास किसी के खिलाफ एकतरफा अभियान चलाता है. अगर भड़ास के एडिटर यशवंत यानी मेरे खिलाफ भी कोई कुछ कहता है, कोई आरोप लगाता है, कोई नकारात्मक कमेंट करता है तो उसको भी भड़ास पर प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित होना चाहिए. अगर कोई संपादक या कोई पत्रकार खुद का चीरफाड़, पोस्टमार्टम, इंट्रोस्पेक्शन अपने हाथों अपने मीडिया माध्यम पर नहीं कर सकता तो वह दूसरों के खिलाफ किस नैतिकता से लिख सकता है. पत्रकारिता को अंततः पारदर्शिता ही बचाएगी अन्यथा कारपोरेट की मदद से मीडिया मालिकों और मीडिया दल्लों ने पूरे सत्कर्म-जनकर्म को धत्कर्म-एलीटकर्म में तब्दील कर दिया है.

madan: No other reason. actually in beginning my view was different and mayank had admitted but now few social activist are blaming you and mayank to conspire that is why i am asking. i am not member of any group or organisation but want to know the truth. have you ever interviewed that north east girl and if so whats your opinion about her version .
kavita: I have never even met Mayank in my life. I can assure you the Manipuri complainant is not a BJP person or even a political person. Beyond that no one can know the truth. Truth might have been known had Khursheed not committed suicide and instead faced enquiry. I never appeared in India TV studio, only gave brief byte saying it’s good that the girl has filed FIR, now enquiry can proceed. Isnt that what Khursheed’s friends say he himself was wanting? If so why attack me?! Can they dare make public minutes of ISD meetings on this topic? So that we can know who, including Khursheed etc, said what in there? You should ask them these questions. Pl dont quote me. Just look at the feminists statement and share that please.Yes I have spoken to the girl. I believe her to be most genuine. But I can’t prove that she is right since Khursheed is no more and no enquiry is possible. In fact the girl herself has faced hell and has needed a lot of help and support in coming back to normal. And yet these people are openly calling her a liar. Why? I NEVER called Khursheed a rapist.

Madan Tiwary Samar Anarya I not a common people, i know procedure to investigate and to find the facts. we teach others so i cant buy kavita’s version. we cross examine witnesses ,even experts and derive the things we required. i quoted two factor in my another posting. we believe in evidence and just one hour with any witness or victim is enough to reach on conclusion. we even cross examine doctors . in a case, hairline fracture was shown to make injury grievous and in support , ultrasonography of head was produced but when i asked the question about suture that gentleman doctor admitted the similarity and even mal positioning of injured reason for wrong finding. so it is easy . unfortunately i dont have any link to talk with that north east girl.

Yashwant Singh कई दिनों से लगातार यात्रा के कारण चैन से बैठ नहीं पाया ताकि इस पोस्ट को पूरा पढ़ कर इत्मीनान से कमेंट कर सकूं. आज फुर्सत में हूं. पहले आपके आरोपों पर मैं अपनी सफाई दे दूं. कविता जी, मालेस्टेशन में आपने एफआईआर कराके बड़ा अच्छा काम किया. लेकिन कम से कम पीड़िता और आपको इसका फालोअप तो करना चाहिए था. न तो आप गवाही देने पहुंची और न ही पीड़िता कोर्ट आई. नतीजा हुआ ये कि मेरे जैसा छेड़छाड़कारी, सांड़, रेपिस्ट, बलात्कारी छुट्टा बाहर घूम रहा है. हां, उन दिनों जब मेरे खिलाफ आपने अविनाश दास को कहकर मोहल्ला ब्लाग पर मीडिया ट्रायल चलवाया था, ”दुनिया के सबसे शैतान आदमी यशवंत” के खिलाफ, तो वो सब पढ़-सुन-देख कर मेरा दिल अक्सर सुसाइड करने का करता था, लेकिन जाने क्यों रुक गया. लगा, ये मुश्किल वक्त मुझे मजबूत बनाने के लिए आया है, टूटने, हराने या मारने के लिए नहीं. बस, तभी से जुट गया, मुकदमा झेलने और भड़ास चलाने में. लड़की को चूमने की कोशिश करने के आरोप में आप की मदद से कराई गई एफआईआर के मुकदमें में अगर एक बार भी कोर्ट जाना भूल जाउं तो मेरे खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट निकल जाते. चार-पांच गैर जमानती वारंट झेला. लेकिन कोर्ट ने आप जैसे गवाहों और पीड़िता को दर्जनों बार सम्मन नोटिस सूचना भेजकर बुलाया, कहा कि आप लोग आकर कोर्ट में अपनी बात रखिए, लेकिन आपमें से कोई भी एक लोग एक बार भी कोर्ट नहीं आए, और चूंकि आप लोग पीड़ित पक्ष के थे, इसलिए आप लोगों को कोर्ट न आने पर जमानती या गैर-जमानती वारंट भी नहीं झेलना पड़ता. शायद आप लोग किन्हीं दूसरे लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर कराने या बाइट देने या मीडिया ट्रायल चलाने में व्यस्त रहे होंगे. इस कारण आप सभी की गैर-मौजूदगी, बयान न देने आने के कारण कोर्ट को मजबूरन मुझे बरी कर देना पड़ा. कविता जी, आपकी सारी सक्रियता शुरुआती कंगारू कोर्ट ट्रायल तक ही क्यों सीमित रहती है. शायद इसलिए कि आपको तात्कालिक वाहवाही मिल जाए और आप महान नारीवादी के रूप में संसार में इस्टैबलिश हो सकें. अगर आप आरोपियों को दंड भी दिलातीं तो शायद सही किस्म का नारीवाद होता और इससे बाकी लोग भी सबक लेते. मैं यहां कतई सफाई नहीं दे रहा कि मैंने छेड़छाड़ की या नहीं और यह कि पीड़िता गलत थी या नहीं. मैं सिर्फ आपकी वे आफ वर्किंग पर सवाल खड़ा कर रहा हूं कि आपने मेरे कुकृत्य को एफआईआर कराने लायक माना लेकिन उसके बाद अचानक से पूरी तरह विस्मृति लोप की शिकार होकर मामले को भूल गईं. ऐसा नहीं है कि मैं अपने उपर लगे आरोपों को छिपाता फिरता हूं या इससे दूर भागता हूं. अगर हम धरती पर हैं तो हमारे सामने अच्छे बुरे दोनों तरह के दिन, हालात आते हैं और दोनों को झेलना ही पड़ता है, वो चाहे आप हों या मैं हूं. देखिए न. समय का पहिया ऐसा चला कि आपको भी सफाई देते घूमना पड़ रहा है कि आप सच्ची, अच्छी है, बुरी या घटिया बिलकुल नहीं. खैर, आपकी आप जानो, मैं तो अपनी जानता हूं. जिस दिन मैं कोर्ट से आपके द्वारा पहल से कराए गए छेड़छाड़ के मुकदमे से बरी हुआ, तो उस दिन मैंने भड़ास पर एक पोस्ट लिखकर प्रकाशित किया था, पढ़ लीजिएगा. उसमें कोर्ट के बाहर की वो तस्वीर भी है जिसमें मैं खड़ा हूं और कोर्ट का एक सिपाही मेरे बरी होने के पत्र को जज साहिबा की कोर्ट के बाहर लगे बोर्ड पर चिपका रहा है. लिंक ये है…

अगर दंडित भी हुआ होता तो उसको भी भड़ास पर लिखता छापता. असल मसला ट्रांसपैरेंसी का है. आपकी सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत यह है कि आप ट्रांसपैरेंट बिलकुल नहीं हो. अपने पार्टी के साथियों के लिए कोई दूसरा नियम-कानून रखती हो और पार्टी के दायरे से बाहर निकल गए लोगों के लिए बिलकुल दूसरा स्टैंड. अविनाश पांडेय समर ने आपके दोगले चरित्र को बड़े अच्छे ढंग से दुनिया के सामने खोल दिया है. बात-बात पर उखड़ने, गुस्सा करने और दूसरों को बेवजह फंसाने-परेशान करने की जगह आपको अब खुद के भीतर झांकना चाहिए और आगे का जीवन ज्यादा डेमोक्रेटिक व ट्रांसपैरेंट तरीके से जीना चाहिए. खैर, भला मैं कौन होता हूं आप जैसी महान क्रांतिकारी कामरेड नारीवादी को सलाह समझाइश देने वाला… बाबा रे बाबा… हां, यह कह सकता हूं खुद को लेकर कि मेरी सेहत पर बिलकुल असर नहीं पड़ता है कि आप या आप जैसे पाखंडी, हिप्पोक्रेट किस्म के कामरेड लोग मुझे अच्छा आदमी मानते हैं या नहीं. अपने पास वक्त नहीं कि इगनोर किए जाने लायक लोगों की चर्चाओं, प्रतिक्रियाओं पर सोचूं और रिएक्ट करूं… आज यह सब इसलिए लिख दिया ताकि दुनिया कविता कृष्णन की ‘महान’ मानसिकता और यशवंत सिंह की ‘ओछी’ सोच को जान सके. बाकी फैसला जनता जनार्दन को करना है कि कौन गलत है कौन सही है.

Madan Tiwary Yashwant Singh जी ये परले दर्जे के पूर्वाग्रह वाले लोग हैं। मेरे केस में तो इन लोगों ने एडमिट किया कि मुझे हत्या के झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाया क्योंकि इनके गैरकानूनी कार्यालय को बंद करवाने का आदेश पारित करवा चुका था। बाद में सफाई दी कि इनके आफिस का झंडा पताका उखाड़ने फेंकने के कारण फंसाया। इनमें नैतिकता नहीं है। दीपांकर खुद को सच्चा मानते हैं न, बुलाये अपने गया की टीम को। पूछे कि गलत फंसाया था या नहीं। वैसे भी फुर्सत मिली तो खुद इनके पटना कार्यालय पहुँच जाउंगा। मैं भी आत्महत्या के लिए सोचने लगा था। इन्हें हिसाब तो देना होगा गलत फंसाने का।
