Amitabh Thakur : Save us from these IAS officers… I have realized that a reasonable proportion of IAS officers have become so career oriented that they are willing to make any kind of compromise and keep quite against any wrong-doings, including that of their personal dignity and harassment, solely for their career gains, as was our personal experience once again, when my wife Nutan Thakur raised a sensitive and shocking matter related with a woman IAS officer, she along with her IAS husband, instead of standing for the cause, started pressurizing her to withdraw the complaint immediately, claiming that nothing of that sort has happened, when we have enough reason and facts to say that there was definite truth in the complaint. How will such IAS officers save the dignity of others if they cannot stand for their own cause?
Amitabh Thakur : इन आईएएस अफसरों से बचाओ… मैंने यह अनुभव किया है कि एक अच्छी संख्या में आईएएस अफसर इस कदर अपने निजी कैरियर के प्रति आसक्त हो गए हैं कि वे अपने कैरियर के बढ़ोत्तरी के लिए किसी भी प्रकार के समझौते के लिए तैयार हैं और किसी भी गड़बड़ी के खिलाफ चुप बैठे हैं, चाहे वह उनके खुद के व्यक्तिगत मानमर्यादा और उत्पीड़न से जुड़ा क्यों न हो, जैसा मैंने हाल में देखा जब मेरी पत्नी नूतन ने एक महिला आईएएस अफसर से जुड़े एक अत्यंत संवेदनशील मामले में शिकायत भेजी लेकिन उसके बाद मामले में खड़े रहने के बजाय वह महिला और उनके आईएएस पति उलटे मेरी पत्नी पर जोरदार दवाब बनाने लगे कि वे तुरंत अपनी शिकायत वापस लें क्योंकि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं हुआ है जबकि हमारे पास इस बात के पर्याप्त आधार हैं और तथ्य हैं कि शिकायत में काफी कुछ सच्चाई थी. इस प्रकार के आईएएस अफसर दूसरों की मर्यादा की रक्षा कैसे करेंगे जब वे खुद की मर्यादा की रक्षा करने को सामने नहीं आ सकते?
