यादव सिंह केस : सीबीआई जांच-आदेश नहीं मानती यूपी सरकार, कोर्ट से धोखा

लखनऊ : यादव सिंह मामले में इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में पीआईएल दायर करने वाली सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ. नूतन ठाकुर ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार पर तथ्यों को छिपाने और हाई कोर्ट के सामने गलतबयानी का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है.

डॉ. ठाकुर ने कहा है कि उन्हें विश्वस्त सूत्रों से वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार का मुख्य सचिव, उत्तर प्रदेश को भेजा गया 24 फ़रवरी 2015 का आदेश प्राप्त हुआ है, जिसमें भारत सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से काले धन पर बने एसआईटी के आदेशों पर यादव सिंह मामले के सभी अभिलेख सीबीआई को देने के निर्देश हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार इस आदेश को न सिर्फ मीडिया से छिपाए हुए है, बल्कि उसने हाईकोर्ट के सामने भी गलतबयानी करते हुए इस आदेश का जिक्र नहीं किया है.

डॉ. ठाकुर ने कहा है कि उन्हें औद्योगिक विकास विभाग का दिनांक 14 मार्च का हलफनामा आज प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमे प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए जस्टिस अमरनाथ वर्मा कमीशन का उल्लेख तो है पर सीबीआई जांच के सम्बन्ध में एसआईटी आदेश और उसके पालन में की गयी कार्यवाही का कोई जिक्र नहीं है. वह 16 मार्च को हाई कोर्ट की सुनवाई में भारत सरकार के इस आदेश की प्रति कोर्ट के सामने रखते हुए कोर्ट की मोनिटरिंग में यह सीबीआई जांच कराने का निवेदन करेंगी.

Yadav Singh case- UP Govt hiding CBI enquiry, cheating High Court 

Social activist Dr Nutan Thakur, who has filed the PIL before Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court in Yadav Singh scam has alleged the UP government of hiding facts from people and the High Court.

Dr Thakur said that she is in possession of an order dated 24 February 2015 issued by Finance Ministry, Government of India to Chief Secretary, UP which directs the UP government to provide all the documents related with Yadav Singh case to CBI, as per the instructions of Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Black money, formed on Supreme Court directions, but the state government is hiding this not only from the media but also from the High Court.

Dr Thakur said that today she received the Affidavit of Industrial development department dated 14 March where the State government talks of Justice A N Verma commission but makes no mention at all of the CBI enquiry on directions of SIT and the steps taken in its compliance.

She said that she shall be presenting a copy of this order of CBI enquiry before the High Court in hearing (16 March) and shall be praying for CBI enquiry under the High Court’s monitoring.
